Maya, David and Elena are composite roles, not customers.

Meet David, a consulting partner pursuing a deal. Maya leads delivery. Elena is the client sponsor.

On the first call, Elena needs a two-region migration by February 9th. Maya captures it exactly.

On the next call, Elena adds a second system and its historical records. Maya plans four deliverables over eight weeks with a team of fourteen.

The second system reaches the proposal. Its historical records don't. Maya captured it. No one checks the proposal against her notes.

The engagement is worth $1.24 million. No one has checked whether that price covers the historical records.

At the proposal review, Elena asks for half the time and wants to cut one resource to reduce cost.

The scope stays the same. David says, I'm sure we can make it work. One sentence, easy to say.

That sentence became the contract. What no one checks: that role alone validates the migrated data.

Removing the role puts the assumptions behind three of four deliverables at risk.

That needs a revised plan and estimate before signing. Neither happens.

Four weeks into delivery, at the go-live readiness review, David faces Elena without a revised plan or validation evidence.

Different moments, same underlying problem. The work became disconnected from the facts, decisions and evidence behind it.

This is Stratum. Our mission is to make professional work more reliable by connecting what your team knows to what your business promises.

Commitments captured in Stratum trace back to the conversation and evidence behind them.

Tracked numbers carry their source. When Elena changes the deal, David sees what it affects before he answers.

AI provides the intelligence. Stratum gives it your context, standards, evidence and judgment.

Same team, same deal. Now they know what yes means.
