DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Guidance for inquiries, client documents and security requirements.
Stratum is self-serve software. You provide the context and source material; the software produces the analysis and outputs for your selected offer. The free proposal check at /check accepts your proposal and bid requirements under the terms shown at upload. No other page accepts uploads. Use operations@stratumgenops.com for a non-confidential inquiry. Do not send client-confidential material through a general email inquiry.

Reviewing and using the results
Your team reviews Stratum's outputs, resolves missing information and decides what to approve and share. These offers provide software, not an analyst or consulting team preparing the work for you.
For questions about staff or provider access, storage, retention or deletion, contact Stratum before uploading restricted material.
NDA requests
If your firm requires a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), email Stratum to discuss the requirement and arrange review of the proposed terms. Please do not attach client project documents or credentials to the request.
An NDA request does not confirm acceptance. Confirm any required agreement and the permitted file-sharing method before providing confidential material.
WHAT STRATUM IS NOT
Stratum is not SOC 2 certified. It is not ISO 27001 certified. It does not hold any third-party security attestation, and it will not claim one it does not have.
If your firm requires a certified vendor, Stratum is not that vendor today. That is stated here so you know before you commit, not after.
Email inquiries and client documents
Email Stratum with general product, security or procurement questions.
Do not send client-confidential documents, passwords, API keys or other restricted information through a general email inquiry, including after an NDA is signed. Before sharing client documents, confirm the applicable terms and permitted transfer method.
Questions about data handling?
Email operations@stratumgenops.com with your question or vendor-review requirement. Keep the message non-confidential and do not attach client project files or credentials.
